ITOL Certificate in Performance Coaching


This course is designed for those who wish to achieve a high level of coaching proficiency. We move beyond the traditional behavioural coaching frameworks (e.g. ‘grow’) to explore more detailed approaches to performance coaching. We also explore the dimensions of human behaviour that can prove a sticking point to sustained performance improvement.

Who would benefit:

Anyone involved in managing the performance of staff. This is ideal for occasional coaches including HR officers, office managers, team leaders and project managers.

Learning & Assessment:

I recently completed the ITOL Certificate in Coaching and Performance through 360 HR Solutions. Even though I have over 20 years L&D/HR experience, I found the course extremely valuable. KEITH WATSON
Director / Head of Consultancy Services

Keith is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) and the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL) and is a Member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and a Master Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). 
Keith's pragmatic and commercial focus is supported by a comprehensive knowledge of Employment Law and HR Policy & Practice. Keith has global experience including working in Africa, Middle East, South East Asia and India Keith has an ability to communicate and influence at all levels in the business and has significant experience of coaching and developing talent to meet business objectives. Keith is also an experienced tutor on the CIPD qualifications, a lay member of the Employment Tribunal and is an Equality Act Assessor in the Sheriff Courts.
Keith has been actively involved in CIPD in a voluntary capacity over a number of years and has held a number of positions in the Institute at a local and National level and is the recipient of a CIPD PACE volunteer award. A Board Member of the Welcoming Association and a Member of the CMI’s Investigation Panel. Yoruba elementary proficiency.

DR. STEPHEN LITTLER
Head of Qualifications

Stephen is an Academic Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL).  A highly motivated and skilled HR Consultant, Stephen’s specialisms include Organisational Change and Development and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Stephen has a wealth of experience in recruitment, project management, tutoring and training.  A pragmatic and commercially focused consultant Stephen uses his wealth of knowledge and experience to realise sustainable business improvements. 
The areas of research for Stephen’s PhD were the Corporate Social Responsibilities of the top 4 UK accountancy firms. He has also been involved in research of employee participation and involvement in UK Call Centres and Executive Development in the UK Banking sector. German intermediate and Portuguese elementary proficiency.



 

ALISON BALLANTYNE 
Senior Consultant

Alison is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and is an accredited MBTI practitioner.

Alison is an innovate and passionate Senior HR Professional with a wealth of experience. Initially, a banker, Alison is commercially aware and comfortable operating strategically and tactically. Experienced in various sectors including financial services, transport, utilities and consultant to a number of SMEs and a wide range of businesses, Alison has a reputation for excellent delivery and value-add ensuring that what everyone does contributes to the success of the business.

CAROLE ARNOT
Senior Consultant

Carole is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and Certified in ITOL Coaching MBTI.

Carole has established a strong reputation with over 30 years of working in the corporate environment, operating at a strategic level where real solutions add value to the business bottom line. Carole develops and maintains excellent networks and relationships, harnessing the hearts and minds of colleagues, key stakeholders, networks and suppliers. She is also an experienced facilitator, having led sessions on both a small scale to lead facilitator at events with 200 individuals. 

Carole is a volunteer Mentor at the Butterfly Trust (Cystic Fibrosis Charity, an Investors in People Specialist and is also Vice Chair of the Mid Scotland CIPD Branch.

ABDU ABUELHAYA
Senior Consultant

Abdu is a highly skilled HR professional with almost 20 year’s HR experience, principally in the oil and gas sector. 

With experience in a range of disciplines including learning and development, employee relations and workforce planning his breadth of knowledge is equalled by his level of skill and enthusiastic approach.
